Despite economic headwinds in Scotland, the housing market continues to thrive. Average house prices have increased by £13,001 over the last year.
The growth rate was higher than the average national growth rate for England and Wales, which was £8,508 during the same time period.
Prices rose in all parts of Scotland but some areas saw a greater increase than others.
East Renfrewshire experienced the biggest price increase, up by £27,270.
West Lothian Edinburgh Midlothian and The Borders all saw significant increases.
Not all areas have experienced price increases.
Argyll and bute experienced a small decline of £1,747 while Dumfries and Galloway and East Dunbartonshire, Fife and Aberdeen saw modest increases.
